General conditions and rules:

  1. The ticket is valid for 48 hours, 24 hours or for 1 hour and 30 minutes from the moment it is first stamped in HOP ON – HOP OFF buses; after expiration it is invalid.
  2. The ticket is valid only on buses run by HOP ON – HOP OFF s.r.o.
  3. The price of the 24 or 48 hours ticket includes a one hour-long trip on the sight-seeing boat labelled HOP ON – HOP OFF. The trip is possible only while the ticket is valid and the ticket must be presented.
  4. Official tickets with 48-hour or 24-hour validity are only issued on buses run by HOP ON – HOP OFF s.r.o.; when purchasing at a sales point the client will be issued a voucher that is exchanged for a ticket when first boarding a HOP ON – HOP OFF bus.
  5. Hotel pick-up is not part of the ticket. Pick-up is only possible following special arrangements for 10 or more persons and only with 2 days before picking up consultation.
  6. The arranged time and place of pick-up must be upheld. An unsuccessful pick-up caused by failure to uphold these conditions does not constitute grounds for a refund.
  7. The time of pick-up confirmed by HOP ON – HOP OFF depends on the traffic situation in Prague and the location of the hotel. Potential delays do not constitute grounds for a refund.
  8. Drop-off back at the hotel is not provided by HOP ON – HOP OFF s.r.o.
  9. If the headphone audio system is not functional, this shall not constitute the grounds for a refund or other compensation, the same applies for not working air condition.
  10. Official tickets with 48-hour validity are only issued on buses run by HOP ON – HOP OFF s.r.o., and at official sales points. When purchasing at other sales points (a hotel), the client will be issued a voucher that is exchanged for a ticket when first boarding a HOP ON – HOP OFF bus.
  11. Bus capacity is limited. Passengers exceeding this capacity will have to wait for the next bus arriving at regular intervals. It is not permitted to allow a client onto a bus if the sitting capacity has been reached. This fact is not grounds for a complaint or compensation.
  12. All complaints must be made immediately with the present stewardess on the HOP ON – HOP OFF bus. Complaints submitted retroactively will not be accepted.
  13. We caution you that prices are subject to change.
  14. Changes to the route caused by road closures or the traffic situation are not ground for a complaint or compensation.
  15. The given schedule is dependent on the traffic situation. Late arrival at a HOP ON – HOP OFF stop is not grounds for a complaint or a refund.
  16. We do not provide a replacement for unused, damaged or lost tickets.
  17. We are not responsible or liable for items left on the bus.
  18. We do not provide group discounts.
  19. Children: free up to and including 2 years.
  20. Cancelling conditions: It is possible to cancel if a client has not yet been issued a 48-hour ticket. It is only possible to cancel at the place where the client paid the whole amount or part thereof and only by presenting the two unbroken parts of the voucher that were issued at the sales point. After a ticket has been issued no amount may be refunded
